Father and Son duo Gary and Garrett Perkins from Louisiana complete professional pizza training!
Father and Son duo Gary and Garrett Perkins completed their professional pizza training today and Goodfella's Pizza School of New York. The Perkins family has a long history, over 30 years, of restaurant experience and just have added true New York Style Margarita Pizza to their repertoire. They are due to open Wildwood Pizza in Louisiana and infuse Louisiana style cooking and flare to a fast casual pizza concept. Good luck to you Gary and Garrett, it was an awesome experience working with you and teaching you the art of pizza!
