The Worlds Biggest Pizza Show is less then a week away

This year, the original Goodfella's of Hylan Blvd will be featuring 2 knockout combinations at the pizza expo.  Our custom built brick ovens from NEW YORK BRICK OVEN COMPANY will be on display featuring a rotating oven that is sure to revolutionize the pizza industry.  Pizza companies from all over the globe will be test running the oven at the show with the hopes of being the first to explode the fast casual pizza market and set the standard for fast gourmet pizza.  The oven is the first of its kind to be an actual investment, saving TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars above its cost to operators that demand quality, consistent, high demand pizzas without spending a fortune on labor.  Cross training an entire staff on the use of the oven can be done effortlessly.... consistency is done with ease, high production can be achieved with only ONE oven rather then multiple units which also is a savings on utilities..... and that is just the beginning.    

     Along side NEW YORK BRICK OVEN COMPANY  will also be the owners of GOODFELLAS BRICK OVEN PIZZA  to feature their full consulting services from their highly acclaimed PIZZA SCHOOL OF NEW YORK.  The Pizza School of New York is the only pizza school that offers ONE on ONE consultation, dedicating the time needed to make the students vision a reality.  The Pizza School of New York works with each student throughout their training teaching the basics, the fundamentals, the behind the scenes of operating such as marketing and food cost, all while learning pizza in the birth place and most famous city for pizza in the world.   Owners and trainers Scot Cosentino and Andrew Scudera bring their 21 years of experience to the table, both being winners of the biggest pizza show in the world, the LAS VEGAS Pizza Expo!
